Airplanes and helicopters needlepoint patterns

Most show a small propeller plane flying level, seen from the side or, in the folk art one, from above.

It is drawn in several styles, all on a four-inch square for 18 mesh, and many can be made round. Wings and tail are narrow shapes, so count them first and fill the sky after. Levels start at beginner; each page gives its level and its thread list.
