Edelweiss needlepoint patterns

One edelweiss, facing front: a star of woolly, pointed petals of uneven length, the longer and shorter alternating, round a center of small buttons.

It is drawn in several styles. All are four inches square on 18 mesh, and most can be made as a round ornament. A pale flower needs a background with color in it; most are marked intermediate.
