DMC thread checklist

Which thread colors do I already own?

DMC is the thread maker whose color numbers most charts use. Colors are listed by number, starting at 150; Blanc, Ecru and B5200 are found by name.

About this list

The list scrolls: type a number or a color above to go straight to it. 119 of the 507 have no screen color here (the newest numbers and the variegated and specialty threads): they are at the end of the list, their place left empty.

Your checklist is kept by Floss Field for this browser: a cookie here finds it, and there is no account. This browser can find it for 180 days after you last changed or opened it here, and each time you do, the 180 days start again. Clearing this browser’s cookies or moving to another device loses it, so download a backup to keep or move your list.

Printing uses the colors currently shown. Choose “All colors” for the full checklist. Thread colors are approximate screen matches to DMC numbers. Check against real thread before you buy.

Add several or import a backup

Paste or type DMC numbers, with or without their names. Anything that is not in this list is left out and named.

Patterns for the colors you own

Matches use each design’s original palette. A checked-off color means you own that code, not that you have enough thread for the whole project.
