How to read these rows

Never read a row’s list backwards. On the graph a right-side (RS) row runs down the diagonal and a wrong-side (WS) row up the diagonal. A star (*) after a run: begin that run with a new ball. A hash (#) after a run: its ball is not used again. In UK terms dc is treble and sl st is slip stitch.
