About this pattern

A tall bookmark of one small pansy plant in flower. At the top is a large three-colored pansy: deep purple upper petals with a lighter rim, lilac side petals and a pale yellow lower petal with dark purple whisker lines and a gold eye. Lower down, on its own stalk at the right, is a smaller flower in the same colors, and at the lower left a purple bud in a green cup. Three green leaves with darker midribs leave the winding stem at different heights. Dark brown outline. Full crosses only. It is 34 by 89 stitches and uses eight thread colors.
