About this pattern

One large pansy seen from the front. The two upper petals are deep purple with a lighter violet rim; the two side petals and the broad lower petal are pale yellow. A blotch of the same deep purple spreads from the middle onto all three yellow petals and ends in short violet whisker lines, and a small gold eye sits at the center. The lower edges of the yellow petals are shaded in old gold. The flower mirrors exactly left to right. Dark brown outline. Full crosses only. It is 41 by 41 stitches and uses five thread colors.
