Heraldry needlepoint patterns

Heraldic badges: a Tudor rose with five-fold symmetry and one petal pointing up, and a fleur-de-lis, upright and in most mirrored exactly.

Both are drawn in more than one style, and many take few colors. All are four inches square on 18 mesh, and most can be made as a round ornament. Flat heraldic color wants crisp edges, so count each petal and leave no stitch out of line.
