Mandala needlepoint patterns

A flower mandala: a round medallion built in rings from a center point, with eight-fold symmetry.

It mirrors left to right, top to bottom and on both diagonals; the classic one is shaded, so it does not mirror exactly. The mandala is drawn in several styles. All are four inches square on 18 mesh, and most can be made as a round ornament. Count one eighth of the design, check it, and the rest is that wedge repeated, except in the classic one; many are marked beginner.
