Scarecrows needlepoint patterns

The first wears a floppy wide-brimmed hat. It is drawn in several styles and the Scarecrow of Oz in more than one. All are four inches square on 18 mesh and can be made as a round ornament. Patches and straw are small areas of many colors, so sort the threads first; levels run from beginner to advanced.
