Tulips needlepoint patterns

Most show a bunch of three tulips joined as one object, the stems gathering at the base and the leaves rising beside them.

It is drawn in several styles. All are four inches square on 18 mesh, and most can be made as a round ornament; at least one also as an eight-inch mini pillow on 13 mesh. Work the three heads first, then the stems and leaves.
