Turtle needlepoint patterns

Turtles: a box turtle, walking in profile or seen from above, and a sea turtle seen from above, swimming, with a heart-shaped or oval shell.

The sea turtle is drawn in several styles, the box turtle in two. All are four inches square on 18 mesh, most can be made round, and levels run from beginner to intermediate. The plates of the shell are counted one by one, so mark your place as you go.
