About this pattern

A purple iris in a small stained glass window with a round arched top. The flower stands in the middle on a straight green stalk between two dark green sword leaves: three pale lilac standards above and three violet falls below, each fall with a yellow beard. Every petal and leaf is its own pane with a dark lead line round it, the background is cut into pale blue and blue panes, and a band of amber glass runs all round. The left side mirrors the right exactly. Full crosses only, stitched edge to edge inside the arch. It is 39 by 59 stitches and uses nine thread colors.
