A dragonfly seen from above, mirrored in outline, with two pairs of long narrow wings held out to the sides, drawn in several styles.
It has a long, thin, segmented body on the center line and a head, rounder than the body in all but the folk art dragonfly, with two big eyes. One more design shows a frog on a lily pad catching a dragonfly with its tongue. All are four inches square on 18 mesh. Where the dragonfly is alone, the body runs down the center line, so begin there and count each wing outward from it; all are marked intermediate.
