Gnome needlepoint patterns

A Scandinavian gnome, the tomte, standing and facing front: a very tall pointed hat that comes down over the eyes, with a round nose below it.

It is drawn in several styles. All are four inches square on 18 mesh, and most can be made as a round ornament. If it is for Christmas, begin early: finishing takes time on top of the stitching, whether you do it yourself or send it out.
