Needlepoint tree patterns

Trees, among them a coconut palm, aspens, Italian cypresses, a weeping willow, a Japanese maple, a bonsai, a haunted tree and a four-seasons tree.

There are three aspen trunks and three cypresses, and the bonsai leans out of a blue pot on a low stand, its leaves in three or four flat pads. Most are drawn in several styles. Most are four inches square on 18 mesh. Trunks and branches are mostly narrow, so count them first and hang the leaves on them afterward; most of these are marked beginner or intermediate.
