Baby hand embroidery patterns

For a baby: words for a new baby and small drawings, for a shower gift or the corner of a blanket.

The words are welcomes, first occasions, words of fondness, announcements and notices, nearly all in capitals, inside laurel wreaths and between garlands of laurel; a few are between garlands of holly for Christmas, and one, in script, sits over a sprig of laurel with a daisy. The small drawings are a bib, booties, a rattle, a dress, bodysuits, bloomers, toy blocks, a toy drum, a toy xylophone, a toy abacus, stacking rings in rainbow colors, a pair of rubber ducks, footprints in a heart, soft clouds, a crescent moon hung with stars, a parachute bringing down a parcel and a paper boat under five stars.
