A tooth stands between a pair of lifted wings, with three stars over it. The tooth is outlined in navy stem stitch, with a row of light blue chain stitch inside the outline and a gold star on its front. Each wing is drawn in blue outline, long round-ended feathers with short ones over their roots, under a solid blue band along its upper edge. Three gold stars stand in an arc above, the middle one the largest. The outlines of the tooth and of the feathers are stem stitch, the row inside the tooth is chain stitch, and the upper edges of the wings, the star on the tooth and the three stars above are satin stitch.
