Corners hand embroidery patterns

Corner drawings made to turn the corner of a napkin, a handkerchief, a tablecloth or a quilt square.

There are leaves (laurel, olive, ivy, oak with acorns, a leafy vine and shamrocks), bands and patterns (a Greek key, a chain of diamonds, a Celtic knot, a row of stars and a row of flowers) and two scallop corners, one in buttonhole stitch and one in outline with a knot at each join. Three more corners are a vine of forget-me-nots, a spray of three rosebuds and a winding line of five daisies. There is also a handkerchief corner with a choice of five flowers, a rose, a blossom, a sunflower, a daisy or a primrose, each in the angle of an edging of its own, with a leafy stem along each side and a shorter stem between them. Two art deco corners are a quarter fan of seven blades and a square on its point with bars stepped along each edge. Each is drawn as a right angle.
