A crock holds three kitchen tools, drawn as redwork: one red thread and line stitches, with no filled shapes. A whisk stands upright in the middle, its wires bellying out above the collar, and a spoon leans out on each side. The crock has a rim across its top, a band of two lines under the rim and another near the bottom, and a row of three hearts between the bands. The rim, the crock, the hearts, the collar, handle and wires of the whisk, and the bowls and handles of the spoons are stem stitch. The bands of the crock and the hollows of the spoons are back stitch.
