The words SIT BACK AND RELAX stand in two lines of slim teal line capitals between two garlands of laurel, with a small heart at each side of SIT BACK. Each garland has a pink blossom at its middle and a leafy branch curving away to each side, with three pairs of leaves and a single leaf at its tip. The letters and the branches are stem stitch, the leaves are satin stitch, the hearts are satin stitch, and each blossom has satin stitch petals round a cluster of French knots.
Size and details
Easy. In a hoop of 6 inches or less: short satin stitches, no shading; in a larger hoop the widest satin stitches are long.
5 colors of floss and 3 kinds of stitch:

- In a 3 or 4 inch hoop the French knots are drawn smaller than about 2 mm (a little over 1/16 in). Use one strand of floss for them there, or choose a larger hoop.
The pattern is drawn inside a circle about half an inch (1.3 cm) smaller all around than the hoop.
