A mushroom is outlined in one thin line and filled with flowers. In the cap one large red flower of eight petals is ringed with eight green leaves; five rust flowers of six petals stand in an arch over it, and two small orange flowers of five petals sit at each side of it. Down the stalk runs a column of three flowers, two small orange ones above a rust one at the bottom. Every petal is a loop of lazy daisy stitch and every flower center is a gold French knot. The leaves are fishbone stitch, and the cap outline and the stalk are brown stem stitch.
