A Canada goose standing on a strip of grass, seen from the side and facing right. Its head and long upright neck are black with a white chinstrap on the cheek; the folded wing is brown over a pale buff breast and flank, with white under the short black tail, and the legs and feet are black. No eye is drawn. A black line runs round the body. Full crosses only. It is 31 by 36 stitches and uses six thread colors.
