A white courthouse seen square on from the front. Six white columns with shaded sides stand in front of a dark gray porch, with a narrow copper brown double door in the middle bay. Above them a plain band and a low triangular pediment hold a set of gold balance scales on a dark gray field, and three wide white steps run across the bottom, each wider than the one above.
