About this pattern

A glass jar with a cork, filled with ten small five-point stars in red, gold and green, the way folded paper lucky stars are kept by the jarful. The stars are all one size and stand in staggered rows of two, three, two and three, none touching another. The glass is white with a pale blue edge under the lip, down the right side and along the bottom, and the cork is brown. Dark brown outline round the jar and the cork. Most of the stitches are white, so it shows best on a natural or colored fabric. Full crosses only. It is 41 by 50 stitches and uses seven thread colors.
