About this pattern

A katana, the curved Japanese sword, lying above its red scabbard. The sword points to the right: a dark hilt with three pale cross-shaped marks and a gold cap, a gold guard and collar, and a pale steel blade with a gray back that rises in shallow steps to an angled point. The red scabbard lies below the blade and follows the same curve, with a gold mouth, a dark band, a darker red underside and a gold end. Dark brown outline. Full crosses only. It is 64 by 17 stitches and uses seven thread colors.

64 stitches wide by 17 high: 580 full cross stitches in 7 DMC colors (Ultra Dark Coffee Brown 938, Red 321, Very Light Pearl Gray 762 and 4 more).
