About this pattern

A kiwi, the flightless bird of New Zealand, in side view facing left, leaning forward with the tip of its long bill on the ground. It has a round brown body with no tail or wing showing, a small round head with a dark eye and a white light, a long tapering bill in pale orange-tan and two short stout legs in the same color with feet that point forward. Twelve short level dashes of golden brown lie across the body as feathers. It stands on a strip of grass in two greens. Dark brown outline. Full crosses only. It is 57 by 33 stitches and uses seven thread colors.

57 stitches wide by 33 high: 1,062 full cross stitches in 7 DMC colors (Very Dark Hazelnut Brown 869, Ultra Dark Coffee Brown 938, Hunter Green 3346 and 4 more).
