About this pattern

A knight's shield with one fleur de lis on it. The shield has a flat top with square corners and sides that curve in to a single point at the foot; its field is deep navy blue inside a gold rim two stitches wide and a dark brown outline. In the broad upper part of the field stands a gold fleur de lis: three petals tied at the waist by a red band, with three short tails below, and navy showing all round it. The left half mirrors the right exactly, and the shield is stitched solid. No motto, crown or lettering is drawn. Full crosses only. It is 39 by 50 stitches and uses four thread colors.

39 stitches wide by 50 high: 1,484 full cross stitches in 4 DMC colors (Very Dark Navy Blue 939, Medium Topaz 783, Ultra Dark Coffee Brown 938 and 1 more).
