About this pattern

A night scene stitched edge to edge: an open glass jar stands in the grass with five fireflies glowing inside it, a sixth crossing the rim on its way out and a seventh flying free in the dark sky above. Each firefly has a small brown body, a pale wing and a yellow light ringed with yellow green at its tail. The jar is drawn by its pale blue lit edge, with two ridges round its neck and a streak of reflection down the left side, and its inside is a lighter navy than the night around it. There is no outline. Full crosses only. It is 41 by 50 stitches and uses nine thread colors.

41 stitches wide by 50 high: 2,050 full cross stitches in 9 DMC colors (Very Dark Navy Blue 939, Medium Navy Blue 311, Baby Blue 3755 and 6 more).
