About this pattern

The head and neck of a white pelican in profile, facing left, inside a round medallion. The long bill points forward and down, orange along the top with a full pale yellow pouch hanging under it. The pelican has a small dark eye and a band of pale gray shading down the back of its neck. Behind it is a pale blue sky inside a darker blue ring, and the ring cuts the neck off at the lower right. The round is stitched edge to edge. Dark brown outline on the bird. Full crosses only. It is 49 by 49 stitches and uses seven thread colors.

49 stitches wide by 49 high: 1,885 full cross stitches in 7 DMC colors (Light Antique Blue 932, Winter White 3865, Dark Antique Blue 930 and 4 more).
