About this pattern

A round scene for a hoop: a common loon on a lake at sunset. The loon floats in the middle of pale blue water, facing right: black, with a red eye, a long straight bill, a band of short white stripes round its neck, a white breast and a back checkered with white. Behind it a dark green line of five fir trees runs along the far shore, and half a pale yellow sun sits on the shore between them under an orange sky that is paler at the top. Four short lines of pale yellow sunlight lie on the water below the sun, and six darker blue ripples below the bird.

61 stitches wide by 61 high: 2,933 full cross stitches in 9 DMC colors (Baby Blue 3755, Black 310, Dark Autumn Gold 3853 and 6 more).
