About this pattern

A little square mat stitched from edge to edge: a cream white ship's anchor standing upright on a dark brown ground with its foot in a strip of blue water. It has a ring at the top, a crossbar under the ring, a straight shank and two arms that rise to a pointed fluke each. A cream four-point star stands in the sky on each side of the ring, and a terracotta red border with a gold block at each corner runs all the way round. No outline and no shading. The left side mirrors the right exactly. Full crosses only. It is 39 by 39 stitches, every square stitched, and uses five thread colors.

39 stitches wide by 39 high: 1,521 full cross stitches in 5 DMC colors (Ultra Dark Coffee Brown 938, Terra Cotta 3830, Ecru ECRU and 2 more).
