Count is the number of squares per inch. Higher count makes the same design smaller; the stitches and thread colors stay the same. Sizes shown are the stitched area; allow extra fabric for finishing.

About this pattern

A chest X-ray: a white rib cage on a solid navy film. Two collarbones run across the top, the breastbone runs down the middle, and nine pairs of ribs step out and down from it on each side, with small blocks of the spine above the collarbones and below the breastbone. Bands of gray blue mark the cartilage beside the breastbone and along the lower edge of the ribs. There is no outline thread: the film is stitched all over, a solid block of 1,989 stitches, and the left half mirrors the right exactly. A piece for a small frame or a card. Full crosses only.

39 stitches wide by 51 high: 1,989 full cross stitches in 3 DMC colors (Very Dark Navy Blue 939, Winter White 3865, Medium Antique Blue 931).
