About this pattern

A Rose of Sharon quilt block in red, pink and green, drawn flat like appliqué. A large red rose fills the middle, with a round pink center and a gold button in it. A green stem runs from the rose to each corner, carrying a pair of pointed leaves and ending in a small round red rose with a pink middle, and a small red bud in a green cup stands between each pair of stems, at the top, bottom, left and right. A green band with a red square at each corner frames the block. The block is the same from all four sides. The ground is bare fabric and there is no outline. Full crosses only.

59 stitches wide by 59 high: 1,925 full cross stitches in 4 DMC colors (Hunter Green 3346, Red 321, Medium Melon 3706 and 1 more).
