About this pattern

A single white daisy seen from the front: eight narrow white rays round a gold center, on a thin upright green stem with two leaves and a small mound at its foot. Flat color with no outline, in the manner of an antique sampler motif. It is stitched in white thread, so it needs natural linen or another fabric darker than white. The left side mirrors the right. Full crosses only. It is 17 by 37 stitches and uses three thread colors.

17 stitches wide by 37 high: 227 full cross stitches in 3 DMC colors (Winter White 3865, Dark Pine Green 3362, Very Dark Old Gold 3829).
