About this pattern

A sitting cat seen from the front, left as bare unstitched fabric inside a solid blue panel, in the manner of Assisi work. A black line one stitch wide runs round the cat and round the panel, and draws two small eyes, a nose, the curve of each thigh and the front legs. The tail lies to the right and hooks upward. Only the blue ground and the black line are stitched, so the cat is the color of the fabric. Full crosses only. It is 33 by 39 stitches and uses two thread colors.

33 stitches wide by 39 high: 844 full cross stitches in 2 DMC colors (Very Dark Baby Blue 312, Black 310).
