A Yule greeting for the solstice: BLESSED over YULE in bold red block capitals and, under the words, a sprig of holly lying level, two prickly leaves in two greens with a pale vein and three red berries bunched where they meet, each with a white glint. The holly has a dark brown outline; the lettering has none. The two words are the design itself; no name or date is drawn. A piece for a card front, a 5 inch hoop or the door at Yule. Full crosses only. It is 55 by 43 stitches and uses six thread colors.
