An emerald green dragonfly seen from straight above, with four pale turquoise wings spread and a long ringed body, hovers over an open pink water lily on its round green lily pad, which lies on a patch of pale blue pond water. The dragonfly and the flower are two separate pieces with bare cloth between them. The dragonfly, flower and pad have a dark brown outline; the water has none. The left half mirrors the right. Full crosses only. It is 50 by 57 stitches and uses eight thread colors.
