About this pattern

A white reindeer in full leap across a solid red ground, its antlers swept back, with an eight-point star above its back and a white zigzag band along the top and along the bottom, like a panel knitted into a Norwegian sweater. The whole panel is stitched: white on red in two threads, with no outline. A piece for a Christmas card front, a 5 inch hoop or a small cushion. The red ground is most of the stitching. Full crosses only. It is 53 by 58 stitches and uses two thread colors.
