About this pattern

Two birds standing face to face, beak to beak, under a heart, stitched in one red thread inside a zigzag border. Each bird has a pointed beak, a small square eye, a tail raised behind it, two legs and a small lozenge left as bare fabric for its wing; the second bird is the mirror of the first. The heart stands clear above them, its point between their heads. A zigzag band with a solid square at each corner runs all the way round. No outline and no shading. Full crosses only. It is 47 by 43 stitches and uses one thread color.
