About this pattern

A small mat stitched from edge to edge: a green Christmas tree in three tiers, standing in a band of cream white snow under a dark blue night sky. A gold five-point star sits on the tip, two level gold garlands cross the tree where the tiers meet, and a short brown trunk shows at the foot. A cream white four-point star shines in each upper corner of the sky. A border of red and green blocks runs all the way round. The colors are flat and muted, with no outline and no shading. The left side mirrors the right. Full crosses only. It is 39 by 45 stitches and uses six thread colors.
