About this pattern

A little mat stitched from edge to edge: a friendly cream white ghost standing in the grass at night and waving, on a dark antique blue ground. It has a round head, two dark eyes and a small smiling mouth, one arm raised with a round hand, and a hem of three scallops. A gold full moon hangs in the sky on the left and a cream four-point star on the right, and a border of gold and dark red blocks runs all the way round. No outline and no shading. Full crosses only. It is 39 by 45 stitches and uses five thread colors.
