About this pattern

The solar system as a square picture of space, stitched solid in very dark navy. A quarter of the golden Sun shows in the lower left corner, and the eight planets run in order along the diagonal to the upper right, each on its own pale blue orbit line: small gray Mercury, pale yellow Venus, blue Earth with green land, rust Mars, Jupiter in straw and copper bands, Saturn with a gold ring, pale blue-green Uranus and blue Neptune. The orbit lines are quarter rings round the Sun, one stitch wide, each stopping short of its planet. There are no names or lettering. Full crosses only.

64 stitches wide by 64 high: 4,096 full cross stitches in 9 DMC colors (Very Dark Navy Blue 939, Medium Antique Blue 931, Light Straw 3822 and 6 more).
