About this pattern

An alligator seen from directly above, lying straight with its snout at the top and its tail at the bottom: a long shape for a bookmark. The broad blunt snout has four white teeth along each edge, and two dark eyes with white glints sit on top of the head. Four short legs stick out sideways, each ending in a three-toed foot. Dark green square plates run down the back in two rows and close into one row down the tapering tail. The whole design mirrors left to right. Dark brown outline; no frame or band. Full crosses only. It is 33 by 63 stitches and uses four thread colors.

33 stitches wide by 63 high: 981 full cross stitches in 4 DMC colors (Forest Green 989, Ultra Dark Coffee Brown 938, Hunter Green 3346 and 1 more).
