A bookmark of three horse heads, one above the other, each seen from the side and facing left. The same head and neck is stitched in three coat colors: a chestnut with a white blaze and a dark brown mane at the top, a golden palomino with a white mane and forelock in the middle, and a gray with a dark gray mane at the bottom. Each has two pricked ears, a dark eye with one white glint, a dark nostril and a dark brown outline, and is cut off square at the chest. No bridles. The three heads stand free, three bare rows apart; each is 25 by 24 stitches and can be stitched alone.
25 stitches wide by 78 high: 1,032 full cross stitches in 6 DMC colors (Ultra Dark Coffee Brown 938, Pearl Gray 415, Medium Old Gold 729 and 3 more).

The fabric color changes the preview only: every cross matches your chart.
Count is the number of squares to the inch: 14-count fabric has 14, and a higher count makes the same design smaller.DMC is the thread maker whose color numbers most charts use.
