About this pattern

Nine small pieced quilt blocks set three by three with bare fabric between them, each a 24 stitch square inside a one-stitch dark brown binding. Top row: nine-patch, flying geese and pinwheel. Middle row: log cabin, sawtooth star and churn dash. Bottom row: rail fence, bow tie and friendship star. All nine are cut from the same red, navy, green and gold on a white ground, in flat color. Full crosses only. It is 86 by 86 stitches and uses six thread colors.

86 stitches wide by 86 high: 6,084 full cross stitches in 6 DMC colors (Winter White 3865, Very Dark Navy Blue 939, Ultra Dark Coffee Brown 938 and 3 more).
