About this pattern

Four matching snowflakes set two by two, red and green by turns like a chessboard: red at the top left and bottom right, green at the top right and bottom left. Each is the same eight-armed flake, 27 stitches across, with a diamond tip on its upright and level arms, a pair of slanting branches under each tip and a small square block on the end of each diagonal arm. There is no outline. Stitch all four, or pick out one flake for a card or a tag. Full crosses only. It is 57 by 57 stitches and uses two thread colors.

57 stitches wide by 57 high: 1,204 full cross stitches in 2 DMC colors (Red 321, Hunter Green 3346).
