About this pattern

A heart cut from red and green tartan. Broad green bands cross on a red ground, darker green where they cross, and a fine gold line runs through each red band both ways. One green band runs down the center of the heart from the notch to the point. The heart mirrors left to right. Dark brown outline. Stitched solid, full crosses only. It is 35 by 33 stitches and uses five thread colors. The check was made up for this design and is no clan's tartan.
