About this pattern

A purple thistle standing in front of a landscape, in a round. The thistle has a purple brush of five tufts on a round green bulb crossed with a dark green lattice, a straight stem that runs down to the bottom edge and a spiky leaf on each side. Behind it are a pale sky, two ranges of rounded blue hills, the far one paler, and a pale green field. The whole round is stitched solid. Dark brown outline on the thistle. Full crosses only. It is 63 by 63 stitches and uses ten thread colors.
