A rooster in side view facing left, stitched in three shades of one blue on pale cloth in the manner of a toile print. He has a stepped comb, a dark eye, a small beak with a wattle under it, a pale cape of neck feathers over a deeper blue breast, a folded wing and a tall tail of four arched feathers in alternating blues that sweep down to pointed tips. He stands on two straight legs on a flat strip of ground. The outline is navy. Full crosses only. It is 41 by 38 stitches and uses three thread colors.
