About this pattern

A square Halloween frame of candy corn on a deep purple band. Sixteen pieces go all the way round: three along each side, pointing in and out by turns, and one in each corner lying on the diagonal with its white tip pointing out. Each piece has a white tip, an orange middle and a yellow base, with no outline; the purple ground is its edge. A thin orange line edges the band inside and out, and the middle is a bare square opening of 27 by 27 stitches. The frame mirrors left to right and top to bottom. Full crosses only. It is 61 by 61 stitches and uses four thread colors.

61 stitches wide by 61 high: 2,992 full cross stitches in 4 DMC colors (Very Dark Violet 550, Dark Autumn Gold 3853, Pale Yellow 744 and 1 more).
